How to do registration on Plasa.com?
It's simple. Go to this link: https://www.plasa.com/customer/account/create/ and complete the form. -
What should I do if I forgot my password?
When you forgot your password please click link Forgot your password then enter your valid email address. The system will help to restore your password from the stored information.

How do I search the product?
You can enter the keyword for the product you are looking for in the search bar or you can browse through the product categories and narrowing down to the product that you are looking for. -
What should I do if the product does not exist?
Please modify your keywords in the search bar or browse through other product categories on the top menu bar. If you cannot find the product you are looking for then it could be the item that you are looking for is not available at this moment. -
How to buy products at Plasa.com?
Please follow the shopping guidance below:
- Browse or search for the products you want to buy.
- If you want to add product to your shopping list, you just click the add to cart buton.
- Check the products quantity and price in shopping cart then proceed to check out.
- Proceed to sign in / log in (new user need to register).
- Input address for delivery destination.
- Select shipment methods.
- Select payment methods.
After completing all the steps above you will receive your Order Confirmation from Plasa.com

Payment Methods

What payment methods that I can use?
There are five methods of payment that can be used in Plasa.com:
- Credit card
VISA and Mastercard - Internet banking
KlikBCA and Mandiri Clickpay - Payment via ATM
BCA, BNI, Bank Danamon, Bank BRI, and Mandiri ATM - SMS
Mandiri SMS - Bank Installment
HSBC
- Credit card

Is there additional fee if I use credit card or Klik BCA?
There will no additional fee if you pay with credit card. However, for transaction with Klik BCA there will be additional fee Rp 5.500. -
Is it necessary to make the payment confirmation to Plasa.com?
Not necessary, since the data of your payment using credit card and Klik BCA will be automatically recorded in the database of Plasa.com payment. -
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email even though I have completed the payment?
After you have completed the payment, you should receive a confirmation email automatically sent by Plasa.com. There could be several reasons you may not receive the email:
- Your email box can not receive email from Plasa.com
- Your email box consider that email from Plasa.com as spam email.
Please check your email junk box.

Does Plasa.com accept payments in installments?
Yes. -
What is the currency used for transaction in Plasa.com?
All transaction will be based on IDR (Indonesia Rupiah).

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping methods that can be used?
You will use the "regular service" shipping method provided by TIKI/JNE delivery service (UPS for international shipping service). -
Can I send the product to address that different from my home address?
Yes, you can arrange the shipment to a different shipping address. Please enter the desired address in the 'Shipping Information' step during the shopping process. -
Who will be charged for the shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be charged to the buyer and will be calculated automatically by Plasa.com by weight and origin of the product to shipping destination. -
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed to be shipped after order payment is completed. You will receive Shipping Confirmation email from our customer service with Airwaybill number to the destination address. -
How do I track the delivery of the products?
You can track the delivery of the products through JNE/UPS website by entering the Airwaybill given in the shipping notification email. -
When will I receive the products?
You will receive the products within 3 -10 business days after order payment is completed, exception for forward or remote area.

What can I do if the product I ordered is not arrived yet?
If more than 10 business days you have not received the product, you can contact our customer service or JNE/UPS to get information about delivery status of your product. -
Who will be charged for the shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is an option provided for the shopper and the fee will be charged to the shopper. The amount of insurance fee is 0.2% x product price + administration fee of Rp 5,000. -
How about Plasa.com delivery coverage area?
At this moment, coverage of delivery service covers entire teritory of Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore.

Can the products I have purchased be returned?
Plasa.com has a product returns policy and facilitate the process of product returns. -
What should I do if I receive products in damage, defect condition or wrong product?
You can report to our customer service within 1x24 hours after receiving the products. Our customer service will give you further explanation or instruction on returning the product. -
What should I do if the products I ordered out of stock and I already made the payments?
Plasa.com will refund your payment within 7 business days. -
Is there a warranty for every product purchased at Plasa.com?
Each product has different warranty term. Warranty information can be found on each product description.
